The Pakistan Society of Actuaries (PSoA) is a Company limited by guaranty registered under the Companies Ordinance 1984. The PSoA counts, amongst its membership, the vastest majority of actuaries present in Pakistan as well as Pakistani actuaries based in other countries, and is a full member of the International Actuarial Association. The PSoA is governed by its Articles of Association and the members are bound by a Code of Professional Conduct.
